Sales Manager Training Program

Are you a passionate automotive sales person who is interested in sales management but doesn't feel quite ready to tackle the position yet? We have created a unique position just for you.

Who is this position for?

An experienced automotive sales person who

·         Is ready to take on some more responsibility

·         Has wondered if sales management is for them

·         Is great at selling cars and thinks they would be good at passing their skills and knowledge to new sales people

What are the main responsibilities of this position?

·         Sales training- Have you taken a sales training course like Joe Verde or something similar? You would be using that knowledge to help develop our new sales team.

·         CRM system management- Ensuring all instore, phone and internet traffic is properly accounted for in the customer management system

·          Daily team meetings- you and the General Sale Manager would have daily meetings to identify sales opportunities through unsold traffic , lease data base and other sales opportunities. You would also have multiple daily meetings with the sales staff to identify opportunities for the General Sales manager to follow up on.

·         Marketing- would assist the GM and marketing manager in event execution, making sure the showroom and on lot is merchandised effectively

·         Customer Service- making sure in store customer service

Skills that would be learned over a 12-18  month period:

·         Desking deals

·         Sales negotiation

·         Vehicle appraising

·         Running the sales floor autonomously one day a week.
