Normally I hate going to car dealerships. Phony high pressure sales people all over you the second you drive on the lot. Then the shady finance departments trying to fleece you for as much as they can. There was none of that at this dealership! At no point was there any pressure. Carmen my product advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful. Lana in finance is awesome! Down to earth and very efficient. I left feeling good about my purchase not worried about any fine print that will bite me later down the road. Thank you for the positive experience purchasing a new vehicle!
